The Façade Grant Program is a reimbursement grant, meaning the applicant will pay all costs related to the work before applying for grant reimbursement. The grant should only be submitted by business owners of an active business holding a current City of Lithonia Business License. The program is currently focused on properties along Main Street (between Parkway Drive and Center Street), Swift Street (between Max Cleland Boulevard and Born Street) and Center Street/Conyers Street (between Max Cleland and Bruce Street)
